Am I at a disadvantage for interviewing on the last day at 4:00pm :/

stupid me thought i had until december 20th to pick a time but didn't realize it was first come first serve and now im feeling super stupid - am i at a disadvantage for being on the last day and the last time?

I mean like are the interviewers gonna be tired and ready to call it a day once my turn comes :/

I would say the opposite. For all my med interviews and OSCEs I've ended up with late sessions and what I noticed is that interviewers/raters are a lot more relaxed and easy going later in the day when they're tired too. Of course I don't have a "control" to compare, but that's been my experience.
