Hey! Did anyone apply through the CNFS or applied in previous years and got in?

I applied via the CFNS. I believe they're 8 spots reserved in the admitted for CFNS applicants.

Do you happen to know how many applicants applied via the CNFS? And if you don't mind me asking, is French your first language or are you bilingual (with English as your first) and decided to then apply through the French stream?

Not sure if they publish stats for specific streams.  However, I believe they interview 20 CFNS and admit 8.  I'm bilingual, French was my first language.

I also applied to CNFS (first time applicant). French is my first language, and I'm fully bilingual. 

@LUUO I heard they interviewed 24 CNFS candidates last year! 20-24 sounds reasonable for this year. I can confirm there are 8 seats.  I bet the waitlist doesn't move a lot though...
