How do rejections work?

U of T is the only school I'm waiting to hear back from so far (Invited to McMaster; Rejected from Ottawan and Queens). I've a cGPA of 4.00 and met MCAT cutoffs however I can't write for shit so if I still haven't heard anything from U of T, can I safely assume I'm gonna catch the L?

Anyone has any idea how rejections come out? This shit is driving me bananas

There is no reason to believe you would be rejected at this point based on the timeline only. Your file could simply not have been reviewed yet and the order is completely random. 

Rejections come out in waves just like the invites.
