Very spacious and bright bedroom with lots of storage. Gas stove in kitchen, bathroom with lots of shelving for more storage. Building is very quiet. Washer/dryer in building. $1350/month all-inclusive (hydro/utilities and hi-speed internet). $1250/month lease take over.
