I will be starting residency in July and have some downtime, which I am not good with, hence the name. I have experience with MMI interviews from a number of Canadian medical schools for both the undergraduate degree and residency programs. On the basis of my experience, I plan to offer personalized one-on-one interview prep sessions. For the purposes of confidentiality, I will however not discuss the content of my previous interviews. Here is an idea of the content I plan to cover in the prep sessions: - MMI pre-test/Evaluation of MMI pre-test - Content development (strengths, weaknesses, CanMeds, challenges, failures, etc) - Approach to behavioral, personal reflection, role play, and ethics questions. - MMI post-test I would be happy to personalize this to suit your needs.
