Is there a way to find out a specific school's match list?

A lot of american schools seem to offer that information but as an incoming MS1 I'm finding it hard to find specifics regarding Canadian schools. If someone has that particular information, I would LOVE to know Western's and Mac's 2018 match list. Thanks in advance!

In general, I would not base your med school selection on match lists in Canada. The reason is that unlike the US, where the quality of school varies from incredible to incredibly bad and match lists can help see what your future might be like, Canadian schools and residency programs are all about the same in quality so apart from some regional differences in the %matching to FM, it’s not like we have any particular school that’s routinely matching more people (by %) to things like plastics or derm.

 

So in my opinion you are better off selecting your school on other factors. But it if you seek an answer, I think CaRMS has that info on their web page.

Canadian schools do not publish their match lists. If you ask someone from the school, some schools might have a list of where people matched in their grad brochure or something.

I know the UBC med magazine fall edition typically has the list at the end but the online available ones only go till 2015/2016 or something like that.
