Just wondering if anybody knows if all of our stations our computed into our total MMI score or is it just the best 9 out of 11.

The applicant information bulletin says that we need a passing grade on 9 out of 11 stations and need a total score of no less than two standard deviations below the mean.

Just wondering if the total score only includes 9/11 stations or all of them.

From what I have heard, they may drop your worst score if it is a clear outlier. However, someone did tell me recently that they take out your best and worst score. So I am not really sure how they will handle it this year. It seems like they are constantly changing.

I can almost 100% guarantee that they do not remove your lowest and highest score as this will lower the sample/number of stations that you are graded on. I would follow their published bulletin. There is nothing top secret about admissions. If it is a outlier they will look into why, maybe a conflict of interest or a problem with the station and then they would consider it, but if no reason exists then it would probably remain in your composite score.

It likely means that no red flags were given during the interview and that you had at least some sort of reasonable answer (not talking about pets when the prompt asks you to talk about an ethical issue) to the prompt. I know they use a Lickert 1-7 scale to rank each applicant at each station but I don't think that there is a set "pass" score. In most cases there is no right answer to some of the questions and as long as you answer the question reasonably you should be fine, they end up using z-scores to normalize everything in the end too.
