  1. Hi all, I sent an email to AED Med and I didn't get a clear response. I was wondering whether someone can clarify this for me: "Candidates applying to the MDCM program who have completed the seven required prerequiste courses and who have also completed introductory level university courses in molecular biology, cell biology, mammalian physiology and organic chemistry will be evaluated on whichever of the two is the most favourable to the candidate.” I've done all the prereqs in CEGEP and have done poorly. I've also done the mentioned courses above in university. So this brings me
  2. Applications open September 1st. I read that on their website last night. Can't find the link now though.
  3. Well. I just got a reply. The answer is that concordia grades will not be included if they're not counted towards my uoft degree.
  4. Yeah, I just sent them an email. I'll update this thread for anyone in the same boat as me
  5. Hi all, I've done one year at Concordia in business (discontinued that program) and then pursued a biology/psychology degree at UofT (I got some transfer credits from Concordia). I read the document below and they said applicants will be academically assessed through "Basis of Admission Degree" (Section 3). Do you know whether this includes my Concordia GPA? https://www.mcgill.ca/medadmissions/files/medadmissions/mdsr_workbook_user_guide_en_v4_final_2.pdf I did very poorly in Concordia (2.91 in my first semester) and did much better at UofT. Any help would be appreciated! Plent
  6. Hi there, I was just wondering if US DO schools will accept my CEGEP courses as prereqs? I got transfer credits at my current uni (UofT) for Gen. Chem 1 & 2 and Physics 1& 2 from CEGEP. Thanks!
