I received an invite from a program, but I went back to look at my application on CaRMS... for some reason when I went to check my application, there was no personal letter. I'm pretty sure I uploaded it, but it isn't there now. I'm not sure how to proceed- do I upload my personal letter now (it would be late, and per the program description, late documents aren't reviewed), or do I just accept it and move on? I'm curious why I have an interview invite if my personal letter wasn't in there. This is a school and a program that is not my ideal, if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance.

I'm currently trying to decide between an ICU elective at Dalhousie (Queen Elizabeth II) or U of T (Sunnbrook) in July. Does anyone have any idea which one might be better? My understanding is that Dalhousie might be a smaller centre, and would therefore be better for procedures and teaching time, but I'd love to hear what others would have to say about it.

I worked on a project under an NSERC grant during one summer; after that summer, I stayed on as a volunteer (which is my current position). Should I create two OMSAS entries (ie. employment+volunteer), or lump it into one?

I played Classical Piano for about 12 years before switching to jazz. I play in a quartet now (been doing so for about a year and a half), whereas when I played Classical music it was solo. Does this warrant creating two entries in Diversity of Experience instead of one? That's what I did last cycle, but my NAQ was pretty awful, lol.. so I'm wondering what everyone else thinks?
