  3. Rejection - OOP 1:04pm Eastern GPA: 3.9 MCAT: 509 Maritime connection: none, but wrote a strong essay.

  6. Okay, that's weird. Their admissions office replied pretty fast when I reached out recently. Have you tried emailing them to ask? They'd probably be able to double check.

Result: Regrets After Interview Geography: OOP Early or Regular Deadline: Regular Timestamp: 10:04 EST AGPA: 87.15% (AQ last year was 25.90) NAQ score: 75th-100th percentile (I used inspect element and my NAQ is ~40.10) ECs: Definitely my pride and joy. I may update this later once the pain of rejection wears off. MCAT: 503 (126 CARS) - already scheduled to rewrite & know I can improve Interview: Average Interview Year: Graduated Honours Bsc Second application cycle and first ever/only interview. I'm not giving up.

  10. I thought this was interesting considering physician shadowing is valued by med schools in the USA. It is from the application help guide for this cycle:

  12. Do they post our GPA/AGPA before interview invites?
  13. Does UBC post their AQ calculation before they send out interview invites?
  14. Also had this happen and freaked out a bit at first, but knowing we got full file reviews is nice
  15. This may be late, but doing 1-2 courses max from Athabasca would be doable but 4 per term and 8 in total in one year while doing the thesis will be really hard, and will probably take its toll on your overall performance in the courses and on your thesis.
