  3. Hi everyone, I know that med schools do accept students from different major, but once accepted into med school, would I have an advantage if I was in a Bio-Medical major? For example, if one person was in chemistry major and the other was in a bio-med major, would the later do better in med school? Thanks in advance! Shirley
  4. Hi guys, I'm currently going into second year of Animal Biology in University of Guelph, and I decided that I want to go to Med school instead of Vet school. I don't know if I should switch my program which I don't want to. Does anyone know if Animal Biology is considered as life sciences and the courses in Animal biology is okay to apply to med schools? Also, I'm afraid that I will not be able to get strong ECs in this university ( research, volunteer opportunities etc.) since its mainly vet school stuff. Thank you so much for helping!
