  1. The strategy would be to work very hard, don't spend unnecessarily until you pay it off. Another thing you should consider is whether you will be able to secure a line of credit. Getting a line of credit to a non-Canadian dental school will be tricky unless you have a co-signer. Good luck with your decision!
  2. What year did you graduate if you don't mind me asking?
  3. I applied through there as well and you are suppose to see status updates, mine still says none. We don't get email updates that those who applied directly get.
  4. Oh I see, I guess that could be the reason for delayed invites!
  5. I don't think they use Feb DAT results. This is what the website says "By February 1 of your entry year, you must complete the Dental Aptitude Test (DAT) through the Canadian Dental Association DAT or American Dental Association DAT."
  6. My response was not directly to you, just a general response to calm some nerves, ie it doesn't mean rejection. From my experience, the status updates come before the email distribution for some reason.
  7. Decision made literally means they have reviewed you file and made a decision. That could mean either interview invite or rejection. Either way they have looked at your file!
  8. It probably won't be a bad time to ask for references since people are at home and probably bored out of their minds. But i'm sure admissions will take all things into consideration. All in all the interview invites aren't even out yet, worry about references later
  9. I didn't email to ask because I didn't want to bug them.
  10. Hi, Has anyone received an invite for Dalhousie DDS program or know when they come out?
