Mcgill MDCM Fall 2020 Acceptance/Rejection/Waitlist Thread
Crazy Pre-med replied to Md2bepls's topic in McGill Medical School
So I noticed that this year McGill interviewed way fewer people for OOP (40 vs the typical 54/55). I’m wondering how this might affect waitlist movement? From my understanding IP and OOP have separate wait lists, so if people from those pools drop an acceptance, then people get off the waitlist. Since they probably accepted fewer OOP people this year, does that mean there may be less waitlist movement for OOP? -

Hi guys, I'm in the Toronto area and wondering if anyone would be down to prep for MMI? We can meet in person, or even do over Skype, etc. based on preferences. Please message me if you're looking for a prep buddy!

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone was taking Casper on October 20th? I work in downtown Toronto, and would be down to meet up with people after work or on weekends in the GTA to do some Casper prep (going over mock scenarios and giving each other feedback). Message me if you're down and we can set it up. Thanks!

Guys I'm curious, how do you approach giving unique titles for positions that are kind of similar. For example, if I've done several research assistant positions, what title can I give to try to differentiate them and make them stand out more? Last cycle, I feel like I used very generic descriptions and it negatively impacted my application. Thanks in advance!

UofT- Changes to the Admissions Process
Crazy Pre-med replied to metacarpal's topic in University of Toronto Medical School
Do you mean for referees? Didn't they say that's just Ontario-wide changes on OMSAS, but that they are still going to be requiring a letter, just through a different submission form? Or are you talking about something else I missed...
