  1. I think population size is also an important consideration. To answer your question though, it might have to be a while (hard to give a number with certainty) and depends on what you do to demonstrate commitment. I’ve lived in a large northern community OOP for 5+ years, in a healthcare setting, but was not accepted to interviews.
  2. Anyone still not have their status updated? Looks like it should be done by the end of the week, based on the blog update.
  3. Just wanted to give a small update that I am now planning to re-write the MCAT. Also, wanted to give the thread a small bump! Any help is appreciated, thanks.
  4. Absolutely. I'll give a bit more detail here. I did apply to various schools this year (save NOSM) and was rejected by all. I made a post about it in the Non-Trad forum as well. 6. Hi all, Just looking for some guidance with respect to applying to medicine as a pharmacist. For some context, I applied this year to Mac, U of A, U of C and U of T. I received rejections from all schools (except U of T, which is likely going to send out that R shortly). My stats aren't too impressive, given I had to take pharmacy courses which were quite hefty, and often taking, what would be considered a greater than full course load as per pharmacy requirements. My stats are below: Province: AB ECs: Full-time employment for 7 years, including ~3 years as a clinical pharmacist
