  1. I was able to register for every course in the table and for all three terms (including Summer 2021) this morning. I hadn't tried registering at all yesterday so I don't know if they fixed something or if there's another reason it's not working for some people.
  2. I think that's for students admitted after July 17th. In Step 5 it says to select the correct term and it includes Summer 2021. Either way though you're right it's nothing to worry about for now!
  3. Hey guys, I have a question about course registration. It says "registration is NOT required for Small Group sections and Lab sections". Can anyone confirm if there are any courses in the table that we don't have to "register" for? Or are Small Groups and Labs not included in the table and we need to register for everything? I'm not sure about "Roles in interpro. teams" and "Reflection and Examination 1" because they have 0 credits. Thanks.
  4. Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I know it's a bit early to be thinking about this, but I was wondering if current/past McGill medical students can share their studying strategies and advice for doing well in the first year and a half of the program. For example, did you focus mostly on lecture notes and only used textbooks/online resources when you didn't understand certain concepts or did professors tell you that anything could be tested from assigned textbook chapters (i.e. not just what is covered in class)? Also, are textbooks online or do we have to buy physical copi
  5. Hey, course registration for the MDCM program will begin on June 8 and it's done through Minerva. This link has instructions from last year (class of 2023): https://www.mcgill.ca/ugme/mdcm-curriculum-joint-programs/starting-our-program-what-you-need-know/orientation-information/registration-information They said they're going to email us with all the information soon so make sure you have your McGill email set up!
  6. I remember it saying in the letter of admission that the deadline will remain July 31 for now but that they understand the situation and they will update us with more information later in the spring. I think it also said they're going to contact us to know each person's unique situation. I don't think you should worry about it because a lot of people are in the same boat and they'll probably extend the deadline for those who need more time.
  7. The 2020 immunization form is still not available...right?
