  1. the beauty of cdn med schools is that every one has different focus in admissions and different requirements. there is a med school that has a focus on the part of your application where you excel and some that focus where you may not excel
  2. I totally agree with @frenchpress agpa will help you a lot in the future if you qualify. more life experience and maturity will help you in a future career
  3. your EC's are good but that GPA is on the lower end. It'll be a challenge and an uphill climb (just looking at recent admit stats), but I still think you should apply!

  5. dont know how mac usually goes but ppl think ubc went alphabetically, maybe mac is doing that too
  6. if true this would be a lot of work since the # of oop probably increased this yr
  7. i was oop but did you have to verify your residency for ip?
  8. could also have been casper cutoffs EDIT: realized that casper was emailed a while ago
  9. just got the r, 4.0 gpa, 512 mcat, OOP without a real maritime connection, thought it was written pre well tho
