  1. I'm not sure if anyone knows the answer for sure. However, I received an interview in the past after living 5-6 years in large cities (rural Northern Ontario upbringing). Additionally, this older thread suggests that a lot of weight is placed on upbringing. I imagine that moving away after undergrad does detract a bit from your score, but not to the point of ruining your chances. Hope that helps.
