I'm going to be honest, doing online school has really taken a hit on my grades. I have ADHD and I'm doing pretty average but I imagine that it is not going to improve, and will likely get worse (I am in my first year currently). Furthermore, I am interested in doing a hospital pharmacy residency in the future and I was curious as to how important grades/transcripts are for the application process? I did super well in undergrad, but obviously not so well anymore. Thank you in advance!
