Hey! This is what they have on their website under FAQs Question: Can you provide an estimate of the sub GPA and cumulative GPA cut-offs for this year?Answer: We use cumulative GPA for our admissions process, and the cut off varies by year, depending on the applicant pool. In 2019, we had 807 applicants, and the initial cut off was 3.2/4.0 cumulative GPA to proceed to full review, and the overall cumulative GPA average of students who received a first round offer was 3.66/4.0.

No they don't consider references, do don't worry! They also don't care about what you wrote in your personal submission, in the program presentation zooms they told us they only look at your personal submission once you've already been admitted and they're putting people in mentor groups.

I've been told its something like 70% grades and 30% Casper. It's just so annoying that we never found out how we did on the Casper

OT 2020/2021 GPA

I'm trying to figure out the same thing and from what I can tell it is! It sounds like that's the typical average people have going into OT programs so I think it'll come down to what the applicant pool looks like -
