  1. Hello everyone! I am wondering how I can get a better application for next cycles. I was accepted to med last year but had to declined and got a "refused for interview" this cycle. My GPA is 3.88/4, I have completed a masters degree with several publications and received nserc bursary for the M. Sc. and have a variety of EC: been working in an engineering consulting form for more than 10 years, now additionnaly working in a covid lab, before that worked as a TA, lifeguard, swimming teacher, I took a mindfulness teacher training as well as a yoga teacher training, I am a mom, voluntering
Merci!
  4. TIME STAMP: 9:55 Result: Refused degreeGPA: 3.88/4 ECs: Reasearch, volunteering with diverse organizations, yoga teacher and mindfulness trainings, awards. MCAT: N/A Year: Masters CASPER Quartile: 4th French QC residency Verified or not: Yes. IP/OOP/International: IP Letter of EC: No I was accepted to mcgill Med in the last years but due to family reasons, had to decline... I guess I was lucky that time. Goodluck to everyone.
  5. Thats an impressive GPA! Where did you do your Nursing Degree? Did you like it? The wait until tomorrow is nerve wracking... I wonder how early they start releasing invites...
  6. It probably does not mean anything in particular, just that the person that verified did not write their initials.
  7. C'est chouette d'avoir des témoignages! Félicitations! La persévérance, c'est payant! Finalement tu as choisi quelle université? Ça se passe bien en médecine? Comment est ta charge de travail?
  8. Thanks for the info! I thought for McGill your rank was not influenced by your program. I was thinking only the french schools in Qc did the ranking based on the CRU and the strength of the program.
  9. What would be considered a super competitive GPA for McGill?
  10. Bonjour!
