Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite full bath with jacuzzi option. Down the hall is a second full bathroom and the second bedroom, with a single bed that can expand to accommodate two adults short-term or two children longer term. This bedroom has doors opening onto the upper deck. Off the upstairs hallway is a closet with a stacked full-size high-efficiency Samsung washer and dryer. Monthly rent is $3500 inclusive of utilities and expenses, including Netflix and wifi. No smoking, no pets allowed. Street parking can be obtained for a small additional charge. A third bedroom can be made available for an additional $300 per month.
