Hi all, I received my offer of acceptance at Western MedSci back in December and didn’t really consider Mac ArtSci + Health Sci considering their competitive nature. Though I got rejected from Health Sci, I recently got accepted at ArtSci. I was wondering if there was anybody currently in the ArtSci program who could speak on their experience or anybody currently in medical school that have graduated from ArtSci. Would ArtSci be a good program as a pre-med? I was planning on combining it with Biochem but I am still slightly worried. MedSci is a lot more specialized

Hello Everyone, This is my first post here although I have read through many of the posts and have appreciated all of the great advice and insight so many of you have to offer. I applied to University for the first time this year and got wait-listed .....Reason being basically because I applied really late (Past deadlines). Hello! So, as some of you might remember, I was trying to decide between uOttawa Biomed and Western Med Sci. At the time of the application, I decided to apply to Mac Arts and Science to keep my options open, but after first semester I decided I wanted a pure science education. However, after taking Grade 12 English this semester, I love the idea of the Arts and Science as I don't have to give up my love for english and the arts for my love of science. I am aware that no university education is easy, and I am prepared to work extremely hard in university for admission into medicine. Ho
