Hi, I am a UofT St George first year student looking forward to applying both Canadian and US Med Schools. May I get your kind help on addressing my following concerns: 1) Since I have to take 1 year full English, I am thinking to take a summer course at US University to fulfill the requirement. Do you think it may help to build my ties with US ? I do not want to take this course at my home University as I am afraid it will pull down my GPA. is there any comments from Canadian student at Ontario Universities who has taken summer course at US University for applying US med schools?

I am currently in my 2nd year of MedSci at Western. I was looking at some of the courses for the 3rd year physiology module. Other than the required courses, I have to take Classics to meet degree requirements. Are there any benefits to taking Classics 2200 or 2300? Also, I could use some advice or insight as to some of the courses available in the physiology module. I was particularly looking at Histo 3309 and Anatcell 3319. The schedule I have made so far for 3rd year includes Physiol 3140A, Physiol 3120, Physphrm 3000E. Any help on what other courses I could take would be appreciated!

Hey everyone ! I was wondering if someone can suggest me a university where I can take organic chemistry 1, and online. I know Athabasca offers it, but I don't know anyone who has taken it over there. I am enrolled in a non science program, and my schedule doesn't allow me to take this course. I would also prefer somewhere where I can cram and study for it for 2-4 weeks and get it done, and relatively easier because I will be working that summer. Thanks in advance!

Students in Behaviour, Genetics and Neurobiology take Biology, Calculus, Chemistry (BIO152H, BIO153H5, MAT134Y5, CHM140Y5).What other courses in first year do I have to take for pre requisites for med school? I did some research and it said "Prerequisite courses include two full courses in life sciences and one full course in social science or humanities or language. " for UofT Faculty of Medicine. In general, to be eligible to apply to UofT, McMaster, Western, etc. What c
