We are seeking to rent to a medical resident or professional who is working at one of the hospitals located nearby (Victoria and Parkwood are the closest), who needs a short-term place to stay. Our lease timeframe is negotiable. Rent is all-inclusive and the apartment is furnished. Location: Located just steps from the city transit bus stops/system on Wellington. The apartment is very close to Victoria Hospital (1.4km / 18 minute walk / 7 minute bus ride), 2.3km from Parkwood, an 18 minute bus ride (4.4km) to St. Joseph's Health Care, a 24 minute bus ride (6.6km) to University Hospital, and a 5 minute drive to downtown London. It is located very central to all major amenities (groceries, drugstore/pharmacy, restaurants, shopping, theatres), and metres away from the city's park pathway system—the Thames Valley Parkway.
