  1. Salut!
  2. I was wondering if someone who did his pre-university studies (Cégep) in Québec and applied to the University of Waterloo could answer some of my questions. I would like to apply to the program of optometry in Waterloo but I don't know who I have to contact to verify if the courses I completed fulfill the prerequisites necessary to be eligible to the program. If someone could help me go through the procedure it would be great! _______________________________________________________________________________ Je me demandais si quelqu'un qui a appliqué à l'Université de Waterl
  4. Due to many extenuating circumstances I could not control in isolation, I got a 51 in Organic Chemistry 1 here at Uwaterloo. This tanks my average heavily, and we have the option to file a petition for a CR/NCR option which I am considering. It is a pre-req course, however I am retaking it in the Spring term to a) perform better and b) get the numerical grade they require for pre-reqs. Could this have a negative impact on applications to Waterloo Optometry?
  5. Hey guys!

  9. Hey a future applicant here Just wanted to see the stats for this years applicants. Please post your stats and accepted/ waitlisted/ rejected if you don't mind, thank you. GPA: IP/ OOP OAT score: EC's: Year:
  10. Does anyone know what the minimum competitive GPA is to get into University of Montreal's Optometry school is? Their website only has the latest year's R-scores. I am a university student who will have more than 60 credits at time of application so my R-score won't count anymore, therefore I'd like an idea of what my GPA should range around! Thanks!

  12. Hi, I just finished my cegep with an r score of 33, and I plan to increase my cru and apply to UdeM optométrie after one year of university. Would I be considered a candidat universitaire, candidat universitaire en cours de bac or candidat collégien? And are there different r score requirements between candidat universitaire en cours de bac and candidat collegien? Thank you.
