  1. Hiii, I need some advice about writing the MCAT and what worked for people and what did not. First off, does anyone know where to find a test bank of questions for each subject (biology, biochem, etc) or even for each section?? Second, how did you study using books? I bought the princeton book set and I have heard some people recommend skimming through, then read through again taking notes, then attempt questions, etc. But I am not sure how to go about it with the books. Please give me any advice you have and any resources you found helpful!! I appreciate your help in advance.
  2. I have various 2015 MCAT books for sale. These books are in new condition - I did not write or highlight in the books. All quizzes in the books are blank (nothing written on them).Kaplan MCAT 2015 Series - $150 OBO1. Biochemistry Review2. General Chemistry Review3. Physics and Math Review4. CARS Review5. 3. Hey everyone. I've read through a couple forums regarding MCAT prep courses but there's so many books and sets that are available that I'm still not sure what would be a good fit. Of course, I know that it depends for everyone but I really just want something that's good quality and is able to make concepts clear with lots of practice problems. I don't even know if I should do any in-class prep either.. And yes, I've looked at the different companies' websites but again, there's so many possible sets and books and classes and all I see are $$$$ that I'm getting really stressed out now
  4. Hi all, I have taken the MCAT past summer and studied on my own with Kaplan/Princeton books and found the MCAT a little challenging and was hoping to take a class with princeton or kaplan this summer as the new MCAT seems to be more difficult. I'm working full-time but think I have enough time to prep if I want to take the exam in July but I do need additional help to prepare this time around. For those of you who have taken classes to prepare for the MCAT, which company do you recommend and why? does anyone support buying the online version from either princeton or kaplan instead of paying
  5. I'm planning on taking the MCAT this summer. In addition to a prep course I was planning on purchasing a set of Review/Prep books. From what I've gathered, the predominant MCAT prep book companies to have published their 2015 editions are as follows: The Princeton Review: Princeton Review MCAT Subject Review Complete Set: New for MCAT 2015 ($143.57) Kaplan: Kaplan MCAT Complete 7-Book Subject Review: Created for MCAT 2015 ($163.01) Examkrackers: Examkrackers Complete MCAT Study Package (9th Edition) ($274.94) The Berkeley Review hasn't released any 2015 material yet as far as I
  6. I was wondering if anyone here had any input on either of these two companies when it comes to their MCAT prep courses. I'm aiming to take the MCAT this summer and both are running courses in my area during May/June/July. Upon a quick scan of their respective websites, there doesn't seem to be that much difference between the two. Both will cost me upwards of $2000 with tax, both have classes in the evening should I have a conflict and both include over 100 in-class hours. But is there something about one or the other that I should know about before I invest the two grand?
