The very central location is a short walk (under ten minutes) to either the Vancouver General Hospital, the Canada Line subway to downtown or airport, or the Broadway direct bus to UBC. Our townhouse is on a lovely tree-lined street between the vibrant shopping and dining of Main and Cambie streets. The furnishings are high-end, with an Eames chair and folding screen, marble dining and coffee tables, original art, gas fireplace, Chickering piano. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a KitchenAid mixer, a Vitamix, and high-end gas stove and other appliances. In addition to the covered front porch, there is a back deck and upper deck and compact garden area front and back. A half-bathroom is off the kitchen. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite full bath with jacuzzi option. Down the hall is a second full bathroom and the second bedroom, with a single bed that can expand to accommodate two adults short-term or two children longer term. This bedroom has doors opening onto the upper deck. Off the upstairs hallway is a closet with a stacked full-size high-efficiency Samsung washer and dryer.
