McGill Employment and other Non-Academic Activities

Graduated in April of this year, and took the time off to re-write my MCAT alone. I didn't choose to pursue any employment or volunteering during this time. I have been interviewing for various jobs and volunteer positions these past few weeks, and have only gotten offers a few days ago. Granted, I don't think I can put this down for my application, so is there anything I can do or is this meant to remain blank in my case? -
Hey everyone. I am an international medical graduate and I literally just found out today that I can apply to McMaster's MD program using my medical degree GPA. I literally know NOTHING about the MCAT so I have a few questions and I would appreciate it if someone could help me out: 1. Just double checking I can still apply today to sit the September 19th exam, right ? 2. Where is the exam test center ? Is it prometric ? My MCAT is coming up on the 24th of August, and I am in a bad place. I did not prepare to the best of my ability, and need help deciding whether to give the MCAT and score it, or void it. Either way I will have to probably take the MCAT again, and wanted to know if US medical schools will care if i have retaken the MCAT multiple times. What I am trying to say is, I would void the MCAT if it would effect my chances when applying in the US. I'm from an Ontario university and submitted my TRF on October 1, along with my application. I was just notified today (letter issued Oct 6, recieved Oct 9) that OUAC had a problem requesting the transcript (identity issue) and is now asking me to resolve this issue. However, the OUAC website and all the med school websites states that the Oct 1 deadline for recieving transcript is a strict deadline. Am I automatically disqualified? I will call both the school and OUAC but seeing as its a long holiday I would really like some help asap.- 3 replies
