Applying OOP

Hello everyone,  so I was just considering the odds of applying to schools as an OOP applicant.  Realistically,  which schools do OOP applicants have a realistic shot at?  I have been trying to gather info,  and from the looks of it,  Ontario schools are the best shot for OOP applicants.  I have heard that Quebec schools and western schools are extremely difficult to get into as an OOP applicant.  Does anyone know which schools are best for applicants looking to apply outside of their province?
