Where to Place Continuing Education through Employment

Hi guys,

I'm hoping someone can give me some advice on where to put continuing education opportunities that I had while employed. For example, I participated in the Harvard Leadership Tune-Up while I was employed as a Co-Manager at Walmart, but I'm not sure if I should put that experience under Non-Academic Activities or Employment. My thoughts are that I was able to attend because I was employed where I was, but it was outside of my normal roles and responsibilities. Any ideas?
