Hi everyone,
Today I didn't have school. So, I decided to do something productive. I woke up at 11 AM and went jogging for 30 minutes. After I came home, I took care of my sick mom.
I did some cooking and went outside to sweep the garden. I was moving the garden pots to another area. I lifted it up to move it by the front door and almost dropped it, but I picked it back up and finished moving it.
Suddenly, I felt an excruciating pain in my lower back. I took painkillers and put some ice pack on my back. The pain is sharp when I sit up or try to walk.
I cannot tolerate this any longer and is planning to visit a clinic which
provides physiotherapy in Mississauga. Any ideas on how to help with the pain? What do you think I should do?
