You will be prompted with a text box to submit this explanation prior to finalizing and submitting your application. There was no such prompt when I went to submit. Should I be concerned / contact the office? Did you guys have the prompt? Chels1267 Posted September 4, 2018 Report Share Posted September 4, 2018 I think that means if one of the sections of the supplemental is blank (i.e. extracurricular, volunteer, work, rewards) then they require the explanation, there isn't a section specifically for "medically related" activities.
