I have been trying since 3:30. No luck unfortunately. Have tried calling the office every minute, also no luck. Realistically, I don't think we will be penalized for something out of our control, but it's just crappy that we have live in anxiety for the next little bit :/

just got through to the 1940 number and they stopped transferring people through. but he did say that there was an extension to 5pm, and they will reevaluate based on how many people are still affected if they need to extend for a longer period of time

Better question - anyone lucky enough to be part of the minority to submit before the deadline? Can't disqualify 50% of the population.

Most likely majority of people still did not submit yet, since 1 hour before deadline it crashed...

Application is still open which means they've extended the deadline. My thoughts are they are going to analyze when it crashed (likely at 3:15-3:20) and provide remainder time back up. So once its up and running we'll probably get an hour to submit.
