For the diversity and leadership categories, when it asks us to describe what we learned, it says to specifically list 3 things. However for the diversity and critical thinking categories it just says to talk about what we learned without mentioning the "3 things" requirement. Do they still expect us to list 3 things for these categories, or are they expecting us to talk about them in a different way?
