Email explain why it's important, demonstrate how you've worked on it with another story, and then guess how you might improve it during residency. What I did: I chose 2 skills pertaining to patient care and academic medicine that I want to improve on. I chose a past example for each which demonstrated how I started developing this skill and I gave specific points as to how I want to work on them during residency.
