In 2014 interview invites came out on the 4th Wednesday of January. However, it must also be noted that in 2014 the 4th Wednesday of January was:

  • Jan 24
  • The last quarter moon was visible at 47%
  • CM Punk defeated Kane in a Smackdown

Hmm, I'm starting to see a correlation here 

It's going to be in the next waxing crescent moon, so the 10th or 11th lol

So it was on the next waxing crescent moon aka the 10th, case closed boys.
