Bachelors with 60 credits ? Is this true ?

mcgill admissions tells a bachelors is 90 credits (120 with U0) . Then how come honors biology is just 71 or 72 credits. Its even worse at Concordia where BSc Specialization in Biology is just 60 credits .

Am I reading this wrong OR is the whole degree including ALL courses 60 credits suddently (without any transfer courses etc)

They’re majors, not bachelors by themselves. So you can either complete the major and add electives to make the total 90 credits (or 120 if you need to complete U0) or complete the major and add a minor in another discipline that is enough to bring you to 90 credits. Either way you only get to graduate once you have the 90 credits but you have the degree requirements for the major or honour once you’re done those 70 credits.
