Non conclusive Casper

Does anyone know what a non-conclusive Casper Test means?

 One of my friends did the test a while ago but was invited for a personal interview with the admission committee for the selection process as his Casper test was not conclusive.

FYI: The universities I am talking about solely selects candidates based on academic results and the Casper. So, being invited for an interview is quite unusual.

That's so weird. i know they use a z-score system, so maybe there was too much variation between the evaluators that ranked him/her?
