MCCQE II question

on the lmcc website it states

 

" As the COVID-19 pandemic evolves in Canada and abroad, the delivery of the postponed May 2 and 3, 2020 Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE) Part II session will not be offered before fall 2020. "

 

I tried emailing them to clarify the bolded statement - but they literally just posted the same statement again.

I may just have to call them to clarify

but was wondering if anyone can help interpret what the bolded statement means - does this mean that the postponed test will now be offered after fall 2020 - like in the winter?? What is fall -  Sept/Oct/Nov? Can i safely assume that there is no test date then this summer?

it means the earliest they will resume is "fall" 2020, so safe to assume no summer test dates. when specifically it will restart remains to be seen

Nope and I’ve been asking around and contacting MCC. No one is saying anything new about when it’ll be. I graduate in March and would really like it to be over with before then. 
 

IMO they should just waive the requirement for this year but that’s probably not happening. I can hope though.

So the postponed May 2020 exam is being rescheduled for October 2020 and February 2020 at present. Candidates have been given the option to choose to do the exam in October or February, or to withdraw completely and register to do it at a future date.
