Pgeer
I know UofA hasn't released any formal decision on how they will handle classes this fall, but can anyone speculate on whether the fall semester will be entirely online/remote learning or a mix of in-person and online learning? I'll be starting first year in August but am currently living in Calgary and trying to decide whether I should find a place to rent in Edmonton or save my money and stay in Calgary for the fall semester. albertamed
I don’t see how you could make any decisions until the U of A gives more information. The U of C told their students that they would resume some in person instruction in September so that’s a good sign.
adhominem
Chances are you will need to be in Edmonton for some in person small group sessions
teeezyyy
I think that theres going to be some things that are in-person, like group sessions and other small group things. We got an email the other day from UofA (current student) and I could be wrong but it sounded like programs in the FoMD were applying for exceptions to online learning. I think if I was in your shoes, I'd be leaning towards moving to YEG
