Is this an achievement?

Hello!

I was recognized in a news paper article (well-known by locals of my country, primary source of news kind of thing) for ranking in the top 8 for the GCSE exams. Could I put this in the awards and achievements section on the supplementary form?

Sounds like a great award! My only concern would be the timeline of it (I believe dal restricts you to activities and rewards that have started/been awarded in the last 5 years). Although if you were going to have an empty spot anyway it may not hurt!
