Forgot verifiers in BPEs

Hi everyone! I was just reading over my 4 BPEs to ease my mind and just noticed how they ask you to put the activity and verifier number if you mention a specific activity. Is it a big deal if I did not do this?

I also didn’t use verifiers in my BPEs when I applied a couple cycles ago and it wasn’t an issue.

I forgot to mention a verifier for an ABS essay. Don't worry about it, if they need clarification they will contact you.

 

I emailed them and this was their response.

 

I followed up with "Thank you, Leslie" only to find out seconds after sending the email that her name was not Leslie. The cringe is unreal when you're going through this process.
