GPA calculation with post degree courses?

Has anyone applied/is applying to the OT program who has done post degree courses with Athabasca or TRU? I know they look at your 3rd and 4th year level courses and was wondering how they include courses taken outside the initial degree.

My issue is that I've taken a few 300 level courses at TRU and Athabasca (INST 369 at AU for example) post undergrad degree, but they don't show up in the UBC transfer course search tool so unsure if they will be considered in the GPA calculation (same for TRU. None of their CRIM courses show up in the transfer tool for UBC). 

Admissions hasn't responded to my email and its been weeks - I'm looking to apply next year and need to know if I have to take more courses or not.
