MD Graduate Verifier Question

Hi All,

Quick question. I am a graduate stream applicant and I received an e-mail this morning about the MD program contacting my graduate verifier. I remember this happening last year for other graduate applicants, but I didn't receive this last year and didn't get interviewed either. I was curious/wondering if others who received this e-mail last year got interviewed or if it is just completely random? Thanks!

Hey, I was in the same boat last year (no email, no interview). I got an email this time around. If you don't mind me asking, were in your 1st year of graduate studies during last year's application cycle? Thanks!

For sure! I am in a research-based MSc program but it's turned out to go beyond the usual 2 year average time frame. So I would have been in my last year (and again this year). And you?
