USMDs place great emphasis on clinical experiences, volunteering, shadowing, and other unique personal factors.

Without knowing more details about you it is difficult suggest a school list, especially when considering many USMDs are mission-specific.

You may want to check out the WAMC section on SDN get an idea of what USMDs are generally looking for.

In general, however, it will put you at a disadvantage if you do not have sufficient clinical exposure to prove to yourself and the schools that medicine is right for you.
