Do the interviewers have full access to your application or ABS? Have they read it?

Hi there. I tried searching for this but I found so many conflicting answers. Do medical school interviewers in Canada (specifically Ottawa and Western med) have your full app or abs? Do they ask questions from it or do you have to bring up your own accomplishments between questions?
