metr0
Hi, I applied to medecine and medecine vétérinaire at UdeM (Candidat Collégien). Realizing I only did francais langue seconde in my HS and went to an Anglo CEGEP, can i still be admitted to these programs or do I have to take another test or am inadmissible. Maybe this can be helpful to other anglo applicants at UdeM Thank you so much for any help.
Médicomage
You’ll be asked to do an extra French exam to prove that you understand French enough to pursue post-secondary education. http://www.cce.umontreal.ca/exigence_admission.html

One last question is I cannot seem to tell if there is a specific due date to complete this test. Does it have to be done before March 1 (i.e application deadline)? Thanks and sorry for the bother

Thanks and sorry for the bother For med and med vet, it has to be done 24 months before the start of the Fall semester you are applying for (https://admission.umontreal.ca/programmes/annee-preparatoire-au-doctorat-en-medecine/admission-et-exigences/ and https://admission.umontreal.ca/programmes/doctorat-de-1er-cycle-en-medecine-veterinaire/admission-et-exigences/ ) Exigence de français à l’admission Pour être admissible, tout candidat doit fournir la preuve d’un niveau de connaissance du français correspondant à celui exigé pour ce programme d'études. EDIT : But I just noticed this : https://medecine.umontreal.ca/etudes/doctorat-en-medecine/admission/dates-importantes-doctorat/ So the deadline seems to be March 4 for med.
