Verifier did not see email. I still got an interview. Should they send a reply?

Hi,

One of my verifiers did not have access to their computer and email due to being out of the country and travel restrictions. They have since returned and realized they received an email to verify my activities, but it is well past the due date. I have also already received an interview invite to that school. Should they contact the school and verify the activity anyway, or do verifications not matter anymore at this point?
