Advice on calming CaRMs interview nerves?

Recommended Posts

I have an interview with my top program in 2 days. I have been practicing a lot, but I’m still feeling super anxious about it.

So much is resting on such a short 30 minute interview....going through a rollercoaster of emotions.

For those who have been through this process, how did you cope? Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

  • CaRMsAnxiety changed the title to Advice on calming CaRMs interview nerves?

When I was involved with interviews we intentionally set aside time at the start for people to relax a bit and unwind with presentations, etc before the actual interview part, I think with an online interview you should get ready a good period before and just sit there maybe watch part of a show or something to detense prior to your actual interview. then once you start make yourself take a few deep breaths.
