Just wondering because we are able to apply for a refund from our portal fees since we paid for them pre-pandemic and then obviously had all our visiting electives cancelled. Just wondering because the AFMC is warning us that if we receive a refund then we can't use the portal again. While I realize this could be an issue if one were not to match and needed to do more electives, but is this threat moot as a resident?
